Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation by the Client, for any reason, the following cancellation policy will apply depending on the time-interval between the booking confirmation and the cancellation date:

• Cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation fee will be applied for reservations cancelled after confirmation and in time period up to 15 days prior to boat embarkation.
• Cancellation fee of 100% of the total fee, for reservations cancelled in a period less than 15 days prior to boat embarkation.

If the weather conditions don’t allow your embarkation there is not cancelation fee. We will refund 100% your amount.

In case of cancellation due to the Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19), for example restrictions from the Government of every Country or cancellation of Flights, we’ll give a Voucher to spend in this boat by 18 months from the date of arrival. To confirm the cancellation, we need to receive all the documents proving that the client can't travel for these reasons.
